
Workshop Schedule
Seven Sisters Pottery & Studio is located in the charming town of Maynooth, Ontario, behind the Wildewood Gallery. We offer pottery & art workshops to educate and inspire. Come create with us and enjoy the surrounding nature of Algonquin Park and Hastings Highlands.
Fall Workshops 2025
4 Week Handbuilt Pottery Course (12hrs) - Mondays 1-4pm - Oct. 20, 27, Nov. 4, 11

A complete introduction to the art of handbuilding with clay that balances foundational skills, creativity, and finishing techniques. Each week builds on the last so participants leave with both knowledge and at least 3–4 finished, glazed pieces (pinch, coil, slab, and a decorated project) Perfect for those who want to develop skills, refine their craft, and build their pottery practice.
Equipment and materials supplied. Work will be fired and available for pick up after the workshop series ends.
One-night - Handbuilding Workshop - Tuesday, Oct 7, 7-9pm & Friday, Oct 24, 7-9pm
$55
This will be a relaxed evening for beginners. Have some fun, get your hands on some clay and see if this is for you. Your chance to try some basic handbuilding and decorating techniques. You can expect to complete one or two small pieces: a small tray/plate and a small dish. Equipment and materials supplied. Work will be fired and available for pick up after the workshop.
Holiday Card & Ornament Making Workshop - Drop-In (no need to book)
Sunday, November 23rd – 12-3 pm (latest time for drop ins-is 2:30 pm)
Tuesday, November 25th – 6-9 pm (latest time for drop ins-is 8:30 pm)
Sunday, November 30th – 12-3 pm (latest time for drop-ins is 2:30 pm)
Cost is based on number of cards/ornaments created.
Join us for a festive, all-ages workshop where you’ll design your own holiday cards and create one-of-a-kind ornaments. Explore techniques in printmaking, collage, and clay hand-building. All equipment and materials are provided. Ceramic pieces will be ready for pick-up after the workshop. Children must be accompanied by adults to work alongside them on their projects.
